I wanted to do research and development at a company that manufactures products that are world-class.However, it was difficult to get an image from the information on the homepage and the job hunting site, and job hunting was postponed.At that time, my teacher from college introduced me to this company.Although it was a job that made the best use of my research field, gas sensors are widely used not only in factories but also for home use, and are products that continue to protect people from dangerous gas.I wanted to be involved in the development of products that help such many people.

In addition to my own development theme, I sometimes work on improving existing products or try something that comes to my mind.I think that it is quite common in development that ideas are actually evaluated and become themes.I actually make test samples and answer them, but I'm looking forward to what kind of results will be obtained until the test, and it is very difficult to be in an environment where I can think of what I have come up with. I think I'm happy.Most of the time, it doesn't go exactly as I thought it would, but since I can get a lot of information and know-how, there is a great sense of fulfillment that I can get there.

New sensors for a sustainable society
I want to develop.

In the future, more demand will be made for commercialization and activities that take into consideration a sustainable society.As the development of environment-friendly products and products that support people to live safely, and the construction of various infrastructure equipment are becoming more active, we will develop products by thinking ahead of time where and how our technology will be useful. It is necessary to go.I would like to think about what kind of sensors will be needed in the new society in the future, propose them, and make use of them in society.

Since gas sensors apply chemical reactions, they are very difficult products compared to other electronic components, so we will explain them carefully to our customers.I find it rewarding when I receive words such as "It was very easy to understand" and "I was able to solve my doubts."In addition, gas sensors are often positioned as important parts, and it is one of the pleasures to be able to talk with people from various departments of our client companies.

The domestic market is expected to taper off due to the impact of the declining birthrate.Therefore, I would like to expand into new fields and applications and grow to become one of the pillars of our business.Also, as the chairman of the union, I want to fight with the company so that everyone's bonuses will increase!

When I was a student, my research was "Research on new materials related to gas adsorption and desorption." There was a part similar to the gas sensor developed and manufactured by NSE, and I also wanted to be involved in the development and manufacturing of manufacturing a lot, so my own knowledge and experience so far should be useful!He decided to join the company.

Q.2When do you feel rewarded?

When the team achieves problem solving.

Manufacturing G, to which I currently belong, aggregates various numbers (improvement of takt time, non-defective rate, etc.), but I find it rewarding when I can achieve those numerical targets.He confirms what is happening in the field with his own eyes and hands, and works on a daily basis with a team in the field to solve problems.The results appear as numerical values, and I'm glad I chose this job when I got a "sense of accomplishment that can be shared by working as a team" that cannot be seen numerically.

Q.3What do you want to achieve in the future?

Various autonomation improvements to establish a mass production system!

Electrochemical gas sensors can detect very low concentrations of gas.There is a possibility that a larger market will be created for this sensor in the future, and we will promote automation of each process to establish a mass production system that will be necessary in the future, and the cost of all sensors owned by NSE will be low. Aiming for higher quality, we would like to contribute to the further development of the company.

I had a feeling that I could do interesting "manufacturing".

I wanted to do a job of making things and was looking for a job.There was a connection, and I learned about Nemoto Sensor Engineering.After a tour of the factory, I learned that I was making original design products, and I thought that I could make interesting products here, so I wanted to join the company and was able to join the company.

Q.2When do you feel rewarded?

When you can improve the product work process and contribute to the company.

The most rewarding time is when I am designing a new manufacturing process and making improvements through trial and error.Improving the work process greatly affects the profits of the company because it reduces the work time and the defective rate of the product.Therefore, when I am making improvements, I feel that I am contributing to the company, and I find it very rewarding.

Learn the management technology of the manufacturing work process,
I want to contribute to improvement activities in a wider range!

Now I think that the ability to manage the manufacturing process is greatly lacking.Therefore, I would like to learn management techniques first.By doing so, I would like to be able to grasp the areas that can be improved in the process in a wider range, and to make improvements that will lead to great profits for the company.
